Climate Change has become a significant concern from world leaders, to corporate business, from small business to individuals and many understand the need for action.  United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change defines climate change as “a change of climate which is attributed directly or indirectly to human activity that alters the composition of the global atmosphere and which is in addition to natural climate variability observed over comparable time periods”.  According to this definition, climate change is perceived as relevant to those changes caused by human activities.  The “climate change” is caused by:

Industrialization increases carbon dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere. We rely on fossil fuels for driving cars, heating systems and producing daily consumer products.

Damages to nature such as removing trees to make room for new urban development thus speeding up global warming.

Waste storage and waste management play a substantial role in the increase of greenhouse gases.

High consumption of energy through the use of natural resources in our daily activities, high demand for electrical power.
