START Customer Care Careers for Immigrant Women is a 9-week program which prepares immigrant women to obtain employment or pursue additional training in Customer Service in the Financial Services, Business Services or Tourism sectors.

YWCA Jump Employment & Training is a support program for women and girls new to Canada over 13 years of age who are permanent resident or convention refugees. The program helps women explore career options, build skills, search for jobs and integrate into Canadian society.
